Those
who pay their registration before February 15th, 2003
will get an ‘early-bird’ discounted fee of AUD450 for adults and
AUD240 for kids under 15.
After February 15th, deposits will be AUD480 for adults and AUD275 for kids under
15.
This
enables us to cover the cost of coach transfers, tickets to each event for each
person registered and events costs such as hire of venues,
infrastructure costs, food and beverage, the costs of bringing
musicians and entertainers over as well as all the marketing to bring the whole thing together.
The fee
includes the welcoming sundowner party,
the Silly Sports day, the Makulu
Braai and the Heckova Hooley (a'maparty)
plus all transport costs.
All food and beverage is provided at the sundowner party and the Heckova
Hooley - while you have the choice to purchase braai packs, food and
drink more suitable for children and families on the Sports Day and
Makulu Braai.
The
cut off date for registrations is the end of April 2003 and we will
only go ahead if we have at least 300 people registered at that
stage.
We would advise you
to secure your place as early as possible - because with the Rugby
World Cup being held in Australia, getting a seat on aircraft could present a
problem and we will not be able to secure the best venues or get the
bands, singers and musicians you would like to hear.
You
will ultimately determine the final cost of the event to yourselves,
through the accommodation choices you make - whether hotel, shared apartments or even backpacker beds as detailed
on the registration form. You can also make your choice
of extras such as rugby tickets and tours.
